Barkers Creek Heritage
The name originates from 'Barkers Creek', gently flowing from the Bunya Mountains through to the fertile South Burnett region, where many of the Barkers Creek pigs are grown and produced.
Barkers Creek Pork is specially prepared to provide your customers with a guaranteed consistent product. Following on the success of Moisture Infused pork in the USA, Barkers Creek Premium Pork range has been developed specifically for the Foodservice, Catering and Wholesale markets.
The portion control product range was initially launched in Brisbane in April 2004 and, due to it's overwhelming success, has since expanded down Australia’s eastern seaboard. We have now complemented this range, by providing a chilled whole primal product offer designed to suit the demands of the fresh market.
